This Breathwork/Soundbath session is for those who have a desire to dig a little deeper in their healing journey. It will require your effort & open heart. It's a safe place to release some shit. We aren't holding negativity in any longer.  We are flying high. But in order to do that we have to shed the dead weight that holds us back. ARE YOU READY?

This session will include a breathwork exercise commonly known as circular breathing. It requires work. You will have to push yourself, but I promise you I will have your back every second until it is complete. It's an experience unlike any other.  Don't worry, after we put in that work, the soundbath will quickly follow to bring us back into a peaceful state of being.
